Relax and Take a Breath Tea
A blend of gentle herbs used traditionally to soothe and calm the nervous system and aid relaxation.
Directions for use:
Place 1-2 tsp in a cup of boiling water. Cover. Leave to infuse for 10 -15 mins. Strain. Leave to cool and add ice if desired. Drink 3-6 cups a day or as needed to soothe symptoms.
Will keep for up to 24 hours in a fridge.

Long term use of licorice should be avoided by people with high blood pressure. Not suitable for children under 16.
