Cold & Flu Tisane
Elderflower, Thyme and Peppermint Tisane
A blend of herbs traditionally used to bring down fevers and ease cold and flu symptoms.
Directions for use:
Place 1-2 tsp in a cup of boiling water. Cover. Leave to infuse for 10 -15 mins. Strain. Add honey to taste. Drink 3-6 cups a day or as needed to soothe symptoms.
Will keep for up to 24 hours in a fridge.
Tilia europaea, Mentha piperata, Thymus vulgaris, Sambucus nigra flos
Not suitable in pregnancy, or for children under 2.
