Nourish Tonic

A blend of nourishing herbs traditionally used to help reduce the effects of stress and fatigue.

This tonic contains a blend of nourishing adaptogens and blood tonics which can help to support the body while under stress or when overworked, and during convalescence.

Adaptogenic herbs like Ashwaganda and Siberian ginseng can help to reduce the effects of stress and cortisol within the body, build stamina and support the immune system.

Dandelion root helps stimulate digestion by its bitter actions which encourage assimilation of nutrients from our food.  Nettle leaf is a rich source of vitamins A, C, and K; potassium; phosphorus, iron and calcium and Rehmannia is a traditional Chinese blood tonic used to nourish the blood and tonify the ‘life force . In contemporary herbalism, Rehmannia is known as a “trophrestorative” for the adrenals, meaning it restores the adrenal glands.  Studies have shown it to also have an anti-inflammatory effect , increase adrenocortical hormones and have cardiotonic properties.

This blend includes the herbs: Siberian ginseng (Eleuthrococcus senticosus), Ashwaganda (Withania somnifera), Nettle leaf (Urtica dioica), Verbena (Verbena officinalis), Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale rad),Rehmannia (Rehmannia glutinosa), Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra).
