Night-time Tisane

A blend of herbs traditionally used to aid sleep and relaxation.

Directions for use:

Place 1-2 tsp in a cup of boiling water. Cover. Leave to infuse for 10 -15 mins. Strain. Add honey to taste. Drink 1 cup in the evening, and 1 before bed.  

Will keep for up to 24 hours in a fridge.
