A blend of herbs traditionally used to reduce symptoms of hot flushes and menopausal symtpoms.

With sage and peppermint.

Directions for use: 

Place 1-2 tsp in a cup of boiling water. Cover. Leave to infuse for 10 -15 mins. Strain. Leave to cool and add ice if desired. Drink 3-6 cups a day or as needed to soothe symptoms. 

Will keep for up to 24 hours in a fridge.

 Ingredients: Mentha piperata, Salvia officinalis. 


Not suitable in pregnancy, breast feeding, or with a history of breast or ovarian cancer.
