Vitamin D doses
All breastfed babies( 0-1) - 400iu/ day
Children age 1-18 - 600iu/ day
Adults - 1000iu/ day ( May need higher dose if deficient )
Pregnant/ breast feeding mums - 600-1000iu/ day
