Nutrition - food is medicine and we have expert nutritionists passionate about food and helping you to optimise your diet. Our health coach helps you to put this advice into action, making easy to reach goals, offering support, identifying potential difficulties and supporting you through these.

Sleep and Relaxation - sleep is the cornerstone to health, it is essential to every process in the body, affecting our physical and mental functioning, our ability to fight disease and develop immunity, and our metabolism and chronic disease risk. Our health coach can support you through making sleep hygiene a priority and using techniques to optimise your sleep and relaxation.

Movement - from yoga to walking, swimming or team sports, movement improves our physical and mental health, and is key to an active and joy filled life. With our movement experts and health coach we can support and guide you into your optimum movement plan - creating achievable goals and supporting you every step of the way.

Relationships - our connections with the people we love and work with can be a source of both support or stress. Health coaching can help and support you gain positive and healthy relationships. Having fulfilling relationships is key to maintaining a balanced and healthy life and one of the cornerstones to building optimum physical and mental health.  

Stress - how we manage stress and the way it manifests in our bodies and minds has a huge influence on our health. Stress hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline can lead to hormone imbalance, digestive issues, inflammation and lowered immunity not to mention anxiety, depression, fatigue and brain fog. Using health coaching and teaching you stress management techniques are just some of the key approaches we use to help you to reduce the effects of stress and to harness it into a positive force for change and transition into a healthier, happier and more balanced life.

 

Our Functional Medicine health coach Eloise is trained with IFM ( Institute of Functional Medicine) - the gold standard in Functional Medicine training. She offers individual sessions or packages and is highly experienced in supporting you through behavioural and lifestyle changes. Working closely with you to identify your health goals, character strengths and values and creating a plan which leads to success in all areas of health. She will support you in identifying what is stopping you reaching your goals, work on optimising relationships and sleep, using mindfulness practices and address behavioural issues such as why you may start and stop programmes or self sabotage and how to turn this around to create lasting positive and sustainable change.

Package of 5 Coaching Sessions £500.
